Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2023 Rofe Tinto is a red from different parts of the island, fermented with full clusters and matured in used barrels for eight months. It has a classical volcanic nose with a faintly reductive profile, a little herbal à la Cabernet Franc with notes of gunpowder, black pepper and floral notes. 1,250 bottles were filled in May 2024.
