They have an extension of 4.8 hectares dedicated to Grands Crus including plots in some of the most prestigious appellations, such as Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet, and Montrachet where the poor, well-drained soils have been perfectly adapted to the vine, allowing Domaine Leflaive to produce wines with a complexity and structure that are living testimony to their quality and their place of origin for the Chardonnay variety.
