Derived from the 2016 vintage, the newly disgorged NV Extra-Brut Rosé de Saignée Les Beaudiers unfurls in the glass with aromas of orange rind, rose petals, red berries and dried flowers. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's lively and perfumed, with a pinpoint mousse and a long, saline finish.
