Description
Juan Gil Moscatel Seco is an organic white wine produced in the region of Jumilla, specifically in the valley of La Aragona, at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. It is made from 100% Moscatel de grano menudo grapes, a variety that thrives in limestone soils and under a dry climate with many hours of sun exposure.
Winemaking
Juan Gil Moscatel Seco is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and remains there until bottling, which gives it freshness and purity. It is a young wine, not aged in oak barrels, which enhances its fruity and floral character.
Taste
On the nose, Juan Gil Moscatel Seco stands out for its expressiveness, with aromas of citrus, tropical and stone fruits, together with floral notes such as jasmine and a subtle balsamic touch. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and very fruity, with an acidity that invites you to keep drinking. It has a broad and persistent finish, ideal to accompany light meals such as fish, seafood, salads and soft cheeses. Its balance between acidity and sweetness makes it a versatile and pleasant wine, perfect for both dinner parties and informal conversation.
