Description
Els Bardissots Ramiru is a young wine that invites you to taste an experience between elegance and wildness. All the wines of this winery are born under the supervision of those who created this wonderful project: Pep Pou, Pilar Rosell and Oriol Artigas, winemakers who decided to materialize this dream, in a mountain range located in the north of Alella, Spain.
Els Bardissots Ramiru wine is made from Garnacha Blanca, 70% Garnacha Tinta and several hybrids such as Jaqué, Muscadin Negra or Jacqué Blanc, in a plot located 5 km north of the winery, with granite soils rich in clay.
Winemaking
It is made from hand-picked grapes with artisanal and environmentally friendly processes. The fruit is then macerated in whole bunches for 5 days in plastic vats before being pressed and transferred to fibreglass tanks.
The must obtained is fermented together with wild yeasts andaged on lees for 10 months before being bottled without fining, filtering or adding any chemicals.

Els Bardissots Ramiru wine is characterised by being a strong, wild wine and presents a rigorous reduction that tends to be reduced and adds a strong, rich and penetrating aroma.
It is a fruity, juicy, natural wine that offers its qualities to those who drink it from the first moment.
