It is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, a grape that represents the essence of the wines of this area. The Condado de Haza vineyards are located at an altitude of 811 metres above sea level, on clay and limestone soils, giving the grapes optimum ripeness and a unique character. This terroir, with its cool nights and sunny days, contributes to a perfect balance between acidity and flavour concentration.
Winemaking
