And this is where Bera Vittorio Ninét is born, a Nebbiolo that does not seek to impress with artifice, but to conquer with authenticity. This wine comes from vineyards that grow on marl-limestone soils, those that challenge the vines to sink their roots in search of minerals, bringing an unmistakable identity to each cluster.
Winemaking
The production of Bera Vittorio Ninét follows an entirely artisanal process. After a manual harvest, the grapes are fermented with their indigenous yeasts, unhurriedly and with the time they need. It then rests on its lees in cement tanks, allowing it to maintain its freshness and purity without interference. Finally, it is bottled without filtering or fining, ensuring that each sip is a true reflection of the vineyard.

Opening a bottle of Bera Vittorio Ninét is like letting a breath of Piedmont air into your glass. On the nose, it unfolds a symphony of juicy red fruits, with cherries and raspberries in the foreground.
