Andréa Calek Chatons de Garde is a natural red wine produced in the Rhône Valley, specifically in the southern Ardèche. This wine is made from 100% Syrah, grown in clay-limestone soils, which contributes to its distinctive profile.
Winemaking
The vinification of Andréa Calek Chatons de Garde includes a 21-day carbonic maceration with whole bunches, keeping the stems intact, and fermentation at low temperature (16°C). It is then matured in used Burgundy oak barrels without the addition of sulphites. This careful and natural process results in a wine with no added sulphites, standing out for its purity and authenticity.
