Description
Amaury Beaufort Brut Nature Rosé is a champagne that stands out for its commitment to biodynamic and natural viticulture. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from old vines planted in 1971, this rosé is produced in the Champagne region, specifically in the Côte des Bars. The clay-limestone soil of Polisy, where the grapes are grown, contributes to the wine's complexity.
Winemaking
Vinification includes spontaneous fermentation of whole bunches with a three-day maceration before pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 11 months in oak barrels and a further 15 months in the bottle on its fine lees, with no added sulphur and no final dosage (Brut Nature).

Amaury Beaufort Brut Nature Rosé is remarkably fresh and complex, with fine bubbles that provide an elegant texture on the palate. Pink grapefruit and grapefruit flavours stand out, with a finish reminiscent of carambola.
